This product was advertised as a "Great Product" we found it to be a very expensive piece of junk! It took nearly 4 hours, yes 4 hours to upload the information to the system, only to have it reset going down the freeway. Customer Service for this Company is at best "very poor" Their Rep's appear to be either 1. To preoccupied to find the need to assist their customer's, or 2. Just to laid back to give a damn.
Needless to say this item was packed up and sent back a.s.a.p.!!!!

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY MOTHER FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT YET. MY NEPHEW SHOWED HER HOW TO US IT TODAY AS A MATTER OF FACT. SO AS SOON AS SHE PUTS IT TO USE WE WILL SEE WHAT SHE THINKS OF IT.
MY NEPHEW SAYS IT SEEMS TO BE A GOOD ITEM.

2 stars Sleek and trendy but disappointing performance

I bought this product after doing quite a bit of research on various GPS devices. The pricing and the promises were too good. Few good things about this product are: a) Very sleek and trendy design. Light weight. b) Comes with free map updates for 2 years c) Very good and affordable price

Once I received the product and tried to use it, I was very disappointed. 1) To begin with, the speed and accuracy in calculation of directions is poor. My older GPS (another brand) was far more efficient and quick. 2)Usability is very poor. Fonts are very small and the gps device hangs frequently in midst of typing an address. I tried several options in settings but nothing really mattered. I was so frustrated that I finally had to return the product.

I will not recommend this product in its current state. May be next version!!

the initial set- up of the Navigon on the the computer was a little confusing because the registration numbers were hard to plug in--some worked and some didn't- -just had to play around with it. Very easy to use the product itself. Although I'm having a little trouble with the suction cup staying on the window--occasionally falls off--a little annoying. Also you can only access the detailed user manual online--would have liked a copy mailed with the product. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

The New MN7 software that is available for DL on the Navigon website is awsome. With free traffic for the life of the unit and the free map updates quarterly, they can keep their Garmin's. This unit is the most bang for the buck on the market today!!!
